This Privacy Policy describes how Maksim Kovalevskii collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information when you use this website, in line with Argentina’s Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and Russia’s Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
1. What data is collected
Through the site’s forms you may voluntarily provide: name, company, email, messenger handle (Telegram/WhatsApp), a description of your task, and the selected service. If you contact me via Telegram or WhatsApp, I also see your username/number and our conversation.
2. Legal basis and purpose of processing
Data is processed based on your consent, given by checking the box when submitting the form. It is used solely to respond to your request and discuss a possible collaboration — not for marketing mailings, and not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Sharing data with third parties
The contact form is technically processed by Web3Forms (USA) — meaning your data crosses borders outside Argentina and Russia. Messages sent via Telegram and WhatsApp are processed by those messaging platforms under their own privacy policies. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for other purposes.
4. Data retention
Data is kept for no longer than 12 months from your last contact, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. If you are located in Argentina, these rights are established by Law No. 25,326 (habeas data, Art. 43 of the Argentine Constitution). If you are located in Russia, by Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
